Awesome vibe at this place! Got a great haircut and conversation from my stylist. Definitely going back!

Katie the hairstylist was great, friendly and cut my hair beautifully. Had a very nice experience there, will be going back soon for another haircut.

I've been to the Ruby Room on many occasions for waxing. I know the space is reputable, but unfortunately the hair cut I received through my groupon was not good at all. I have long hair that is professionally colored at another salon, but I've been looking for a new cutter, so I thought I'd try Ruby Room. The person was very nice and I thought my hair cut would be a no brainer. It turned out very choppy and the layers aren't blended at all. I took photos and sent to my colorist for advice. I now either have to significantly cut my hair or get highlights all over instead of just color to make the cut and color look decent. I'm not very picky at all when it comes to my hair so this cut is pretty bad for me to feel the need to write this poor review. I'm very disappointed and would discourage anyone from getting a hair cut at Ruby Room.

It was the worse haircut I every got! Operator could not understand how I wanted my hair cut! It was cut uneven, and every time I would point out that it was uneven on one side, she would wack off a piece on the other side trying to even it up. A very unpleasant experience!

The time spent on my cut was about 15 minutes. I feel as though I got short changed because i was using a Groupon. In addition, the temperature of the water was super hot! The blow dryer basically burned my hair as well. My cut was not what I wanted either. Overall, staff were nice, but the quality of everything else was bad.

Loved the ambience of the place, lots of cool trinkets to browse through. My stylist Theresa listened to what I wanted and gave me the best bangs I've ever had. Loved our conversation throughout the cut too!

Service was friendly and the process was relatively easy. Ad for the cut itself, it works though I've found strands that need to be trimmed as they're longer than the rest....
