I can't speak for alleviating sinus issues, toxin elimination, or inflammation in general, as I wasn't "suffering" from any of those ailments, but it was a very relaxing experience. It's somewhat hidden in the shopping center and I went late morning, so I had the place to myself. Quite a cozy "spa" experience, and the (sole) staff was very friendly and accommodating.
If you want a nice, relaxing way to spend an hour and decompress, this is a solid place to do it.

This was a wonderful experience that people need to try. It is very peaceful but watch out for people that snore. We were relaxed and enjoying our salt cave time until another patron began to snore on the heels of arriving late. Kind of took away from the experience. Arrive on time. The owner was so kind and really tried to make the experience extra special.
