Customers mail in their tapes or drop them off at the store. The VHS-to-DVD conversion generally takes one–three weeks and includes a custom menu and label. Groupon customers can also receive a 30% discount on additional tapes, valid on the same day of redemption.

For 10 years, the technicians at Save Your Tapes have preserved customers’ memories by transferring the contents of VHS, VHS-C, Hi-8, and Mini-DVs onto pristine DVDs. After picking up customers’ tapes in person, technicians transfer their contents to DVD—complete with a custom menu and label—and place the DVD in a protective sleeve ready for customers to pick up. Mail service is also available. Save Your Tapes offers tape repair services and photo slideshows in addition to its transfer services.
