What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The owner of this business is a U.S. Army veteran that has kept his passion for technology alive since he started programming in middle school in the mid 1980's. He is now passing on this passion to the next generation.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people that need it most. We do not take advantage of peoples situation.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Tears of joy when we were able to retrieve family photos for a grandmother' whose hard drive had crashed. She was told by a competitor that it would cost her over $500 to get the data back plus the cost of a new hard drive. We did it for half of the cost and included the hard drive.
