One of San Diego's newest food trucks, Slider House Burger Co specializes in gourmet patties topped with exotic ingredients. Visitors can sidle up to the sunset-colored truck to sample the six sliders on offer, including the earlybird—a beef patty complete with fried quail egg, thick-cut bacon, guacamole, and spicy chipotle sauce—and the hi-so—a beef patty topped with smoked gruyere, prosciutto, arugula, and garlic-lime aioli. Order one, two, or ten, and pair sliders with a side of fries for a salty accompaniment that's more enjoyable than a crying stranger who dropped their slider on the ground.
