Owner Mahin and her two daughters named Soltan Banoo after Mahin’s grandmother, where her love of Persian food is celebrated with a menu of healthy dishes. The trio cooks up different daily specials that include curry and kidney bean stew, and guests can dive into bowls of hummus with sun-dried tomatoes and stacks of potato pancakes with quinoa every day. Skewers hold seasoned ground beef and chicken over an open flame to create kebabs accompanied by rice flavored with dill, fenugreek, leeks, and parsley. The eatery also offers plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, from pomegranate strew peppered with tofu to wraps stuffed with baba ghanouj and rice.
