The StarLite Majesty dining yacht's captain, crew, and passengers raise their glasses in a champagne toast before embarking for an on-water viewing of the 2012 Clearwater Super Boat National Championship. Competing powerboats slice through the Gulf of Mexico, propelled by more than 6,000 horsepower and reaching speeds up to 180 miles per hour.
Passengers partake in a continental breakfast, with options such as assorted muffins and cinnamon rolls, followed by a lunch buffet with complimentary beer and wine for one hour. Lunch-buffet options include beef burgundy, penne alfredo, and parmesan-crusted tilapia, and wine and beer options include Bud Light, Miller Light, and house wine by the glass.
