Wonderful and welcoming atmosphere, especially for those of us who are feeling nervous about starting Pilates or, in my case, restarting after a long break.
Even from the start, getting registered online etc., the communication was outstanding and V was so helpful and friendly.
The beginner's class I attended was SO great- challenging but not so hard that it was torture.
Excellent instruction, fantastic equipment, amd and a beautiful studio.
