We had a reservation but still had to wait a half hour to be seated. Once we were seated did not get waited on for 20 minutes. The restaurant seemed very short staffed and unorganized.

I have visited Sugar Factory numerous times and planned to return with my kids and granbabies. The menu is great and the food was very yummy. However the way I was treated the last visit was horrible by both the bartender and server and when asked for a manager I was ignored. I left without my drinks or food. Very Disappointing!!

The original location for this Groupon closed. A new location opened and we were told we could not use it at the new location. Groupon still hasn't responded. Eventually we got a manager to accept the Groupon.

Service was horribly slow, we were sitting at our table for 30min before someone came by for a drink order but they weren't to busy. At the table next to us they even forgot to put in half the order. Then for the check it took another 20 min.

I ove this place. But the service was awful. They brought me the wrong food. I would have told them but never saw the server again until I had to get someone else to find her and bring me the check.
