Summerfest DC Beer & Wine Festival

On Saturday, June 13, people flock to Summerfest DC Beer & Wine Festival to buy the year’s sunniest season a round. Revelers sip unlimited samples of 100+ craft beers, many from craft brewers. To complement the beer, organizers provide chilled white wine by the ice-bucket, and plenty of ciders, too. Picking a drink is just the beginning of the fun. Cup in hand, visitors can head to the soundstage for live music, or enjoy outdoor games more fun than challenging a tree to a game of tag.

Summerfest DC: Beer Wine and Music Festival

They come from all over the DC area, each one is a master brewer, and each bearing kegs of beer both familiar and exotic. Their destination? Summerfest DC: Beer Wine and Music Festival, a local beer celebration that boasts more than 100 beers, more than 40 wines, and ciders all concocted from within 150 miles of DC. While that's enough to entice any beer lover, the truly magic words might be "unlimited pours." During their three-hour windows, guests partake in as much as they can responsibly drink from their souvenir tasting cup.

For further refreshment, food trucks supply their snacks throughout the festival, helping provide energy for people to dance to live music, browse the wares of local artists, or compete in lawn games such as giant jenga, giant peer pong, giant flipcup, or trivia about famous giants.

Customer Reviews

It was fun once I got a few drinks in my system. I wasn't really happy with the location
