The Pilates Place

The Pilates Place is a boutique fitness studio offering pilates private and group instruction in addition to yoga and barre classes. Located in West Nashville, the studio values small class size instruction to ensure everyone gets the most out of the experience. Owner, Julee Jones, was certified in authentic, true Pilates by Romana Kryzanowska, Joe Pilates' successor. Julee is also certified in barre and is a certified cancer exercise specialist, helping cancer survivors to strengthen their bodies. The Pilates Place offers Yin Yoga, Yoga Flow and Yoga Sculpt. All classes are taught by certified Pilates, barre & yoga instructors.
