Survival Fighting 101 combines techniques from mixed martial arts, tae kwon do, tang soo do, kenpo, jujitsu, and wrestling. Experienced instructors teach participants how to defend against bigger, stronger attackers during sessions that include instructional time, scenarios, self-defense techniques, and sparring time on mats.
During women's self-defense classes, participants have the opportunity to exercise newly learned skills against a padded mock assailant.
All classes are held in a brand new, state-of-the-art 18,300-square-foot facility with a retail store, training center, and an indoor, 75-foot range.
Available rentals include handguns.

Educated staff members help repair, build, and customize guns, while federally licensed instructors draw on their experiences in self-defense and mixed martial arts to teach women's self-defense classes and concealed-carry courses.
