What You'll Get
Sit-ups remain one of the best methods of reshaping the abdomen, second only to standing in front of a lit cannon. Enjoy explosive exercise with today's Groupon to Train With Kelley in Lexington. Choose between the following options:
- For $29, you get one month of unlimited boot camp with full-body-composition and nutrition consultation (a $225 value).
- For $49, you get six weeks of unlimited boot camp with full-body-composition and nutrition consultation (a $275 value).
AFAA-certified personal trainer Kelley Blashka and her squad of muscle farmers lead fitness groups through a flexible schedule of gut-melting outdoor boot-camp sessions. During each 30- to 40-minute session, trainers motivate groups of calorie crushers through upper- and lower-body exercises and weight work, regimenting responsible fitness routines that increase endurance and tighten waists like a hug from a Burmese python. Tiered exercises for beginners, intermediates, and advanced participants allow individuals to sweat at their own pace within a motivating group atmosphere. Although Train With Kelley will provide most of the equipment, boot campers are asked to bring light free weights, a towel, a water bottle, and comfortable shoes that were not purchased at a clown store.
Train With Kelley participants also receive a body-composition and nutritional consultation. Campers will learn about their muscle and fat mass, bone density, and will discuss their eating habits and goals in order to structure a diet that encourages healthy living and discourages dieting on pages of minimalist poetry.
