Union Jack's British Pub of Annapolis isn't your traditional British pub. Instead of dark wood paneling, it boasts cherry-red walls, a replica telephone box, and a portrait of a posh bulldog in front of a manor house. This theme of old meets new carries over to the menu, which boasts non-fussy pub grub made with high-quality ingredients such as fish and chips served with fuji apple slaw and rémoulade and banger sausages nestled on a pile of yukon gold mashed potatoes and a veal demi-glace.
