- $99 for a beer-brewing session for up to four ($165 value)
Customers begin with a 90-minute brewing session during which they produce one of a choice of beer recipes ranging from pale ales and pilsners to stouts and porters. After a two-week fermentation period, customers return to bottle and cap their beer, having a few tastes of the cold, bubbly beverage before taking it home with them at the end of the process. All ingredients, equipment, and guidance is provided, except for bottles, which are not included.
Vine Park Brewing Company
Come to Vine Park Brewing Company, and walk out with your own beer or wine. Not just a bottle to keep—one that you've made yourself. With the company's dozens of recipes, oenophiles can create their own pinot noir, white zinfadel, merlot, or shiraz, and beer lovers can brew up an IPA, a porter, a stout, a Belgian, and many other beverages. After their freshly minted drinks are sealed, guests can label the bottle caps for free or add a custom-designed label for an additional fee. Brew and wine party nights boost the fun by letting beginner brewers or winemakers mingle as brew coaches teach them everything they need to know about their chosen libation, such as what the yeast does and what kind of lullabies to sing during fermentation.
