About Wellness Within You
Have a 1:1 coaching session with a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Megan Tally. Megan has B.S. in Integrative Medicine. She specializes in Lifestyle Medicine in areas such as weight loss, stress management, improving sleep health, and nutrition. Megan is also has a National Certification in Tobacco Treatment Practice. During the coaching session time is spent looking at your health from a holistic approach, 8 dimensions of wellness. To make health changes that last it's important to spend time exploring your values and strengths to help create your vision of wellness. A three-month health goal is then created, and smaller S.M.A.R.T goals so you can successfully get there. Spend some time getting a deeper understanding of your over all wellness so you can start living your best life.
