Choose Between Two Options
Sandy Seekins has always been passionate about being active and eating healthy, but there was always a major obstacle in her way: she hates the gym. But when a friend gave her a yoga mat for Christmas one year, she found her workaround. So when she eventually opened her own studio, Yoga Paradise, it makes sense that she focused her services on whole-body wellness, including nutritional counseling, herbal medicine, massage, and acupuncture. Of course, yoga is the core of Yoga Paradise, and Sandy has two studios that allow her and her team to teach a mix of classes that includes hot yoga, vinyasa, aerial yoga, and Forest Yoga, which is open only to wood nymphs.
