After more than a decade working at an alternative health clinic—telling people what to eat and how to exercise—Christopher and Natalie Hall decided to concentrate solely on exercise, and opened H2 Fitness. There, they push clients to their physical limit during classes such as cross training, kickboxing, isometric ballet barre, and plyometrics. Their private Exercise with Oxygen Training sessions increase the body's natural fat-burning processes by having exercisers wear a 10,000-pound oxygen mask while working out. The two haven't completely abandoned their alternative health background, though. To complement workouts, they offer services such as massage therapy, metabolic testing, and nutritional counseling.
