What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We specialize and offer authentic fried chicken as well as our signature TIKKUDAK. TIKKUDAK is fried, fire pit charcoal-grilled chicken. TIKKU is abbreviation of Korean words meaning ‘TI’(fried) and ‘KKU’(grilled). Following our patented TIKKU recipe, we grill fried chicken one more time in a high-temperature patented charcoal fire pit to reduce as much grease as possible and to add more flavors. This method/recipe isolates from any other fried chicken with much crispier and lighter flavors. We have already obtained a patent for the TIKKU recipe in South Korea, Japan, Canada, India, Australia and China and pending process in EU and USA.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We stand by our slogan, “We don’t copy, We only create.”

What do you love most about your job? From our internal laboratory in South Korea, we continue to research and develop new flavors and methods.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer? We do have many of these comments from yelp ratings, “The best wings I have ever had no doubt.”
