At Stretch Yoga Studio participants of all levels of physical fitness learn stretching poses and mind-calming breathing techniques in an urban, contemporary setting. Depending on personal goals, students can opt for mild to medium classic Vinyasa flow, more intensive power stretch with core work and muscle-shaping techniques, or slow-paced deep stretch which ends with a cold lavender towel on the forehead. All classes are held at 80-85 degrees to help keep the muscles, the core, spine, and joints warm.
