Pinckney Cookie Café is a Seattle area gourmet cookie company with a delightfully unexpected offer… cookies that are as moist, chewy, flavorful and delicious as any that you can bake at home! We use all-natural ingredients and our number one ingredient is top quality, dark Belgian chocolate!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The company was founded by Michael Pinckney in 2009 as the result of his lifelong love of eating, baking and experimenting with recipes for chocolate chip cookies. Michael’s creativity and passion were bolstered by the unrelenting enthusiasm and encouragement of friends, family and collaborators.

What do you love most about your job?
Cookies simply make people happy! The best part of having a cookie company is sharing the cookie love. Customers regularly ask how I make the cookies so beautiful, or so tasty and chewy. This class is the direct result of those questions. We'll have fun, eat some cookies and learn from each other.
