Although it is located within the confines of Bethesda’s Westfield Montgomery Mall, Cleo's Oil Bar might as well be an outpost along the spice trade routes of yore. Run by the sister-sister team of Saleta and Linda Cameron, the shop features some of the most iconic flavors of the old world in a comfortable, modern setting These include more than 40 fused olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars, artisan wine and fruit vinegars as well as cold-pressed nut and seed oils. From seats at the 18-foot tasting bar, customers can sample staff favorites such as champagne pear vinegar, rosemary fused olive oil, or award-winning premium extra virgin olive oils from around the globe.
