What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are the only primary youth fitness center in the area, we are the only one offering credited home-school fitness programs! We are also the headquarters for the Cape Coral Police PAL programs.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our culture speaks for itself! Motivated exercise and martial arts with high energy music! Lots of praise and high fives leaves our KR Kids dripping with sweat and smiling as they leave!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our programs have been around since 1992 in the Cape Coral area. At one time we were referral only, now we are open to the public. We wanted to offer a center that has superior programs and guest amenities such as ample lounge space, wifi, nursery, kitchen area, and study hall!

What do you love most about your job?
Watching the youth of area progress in ways they never imagined. From academic excellence to favorable leadership skills, KR offers an all around character development program for our amazing children!
