What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Our program is comprised of small group functional training designed for folks over 55 just like you. It will help you keep doing the things you love and increase your mobility. Even if you've had previous injuries or surgeries our Training Specialist can still work with you. Functional Training involves doing exercises that directly help your everyday life activities. Plus exercising regularly helps maintain muscle strength, prevents bone loss and improves balance. Our specialized trainer will measure your fitness level when you start and at the end of the challenge. The goal of the program is to show you how much your health can be improved with exercise.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I chose FitREV Studio because it offers a completely different approach to fitness than any other Fitness Franchise out there. It's like you have your own personal trainer, but also get extra motivation from working out in a group.

What do you love most about your job?

When our members leave happier then when they arrived.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

When they thank us for kicking their butts into shape.
