I took in a new jacket and they honored the purchase value, but the presser did not do a good job. They sent it through a second time and it came back with creases pressed into it. The staff did not seem to care. I asked for a refund. The man said I had to talk to the manager and I asked that she call me. She did not.
I do not wish to continue to do business with a company that cannot do a good job and does not care.

Both times I've tried Lyerly's (both in Mt. P and on Hwy 17 West Ashley) I had to have my clothing redone because dog hair wasn't properly removed in cleaning.
