What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? At ECF we offer Martial Arts & Fitness classes (Muay Thai Adults and Youth, Fitness Kickboxing, Fit in 5 Workout - HIIT Boxing classes many more). We are a family owned business, with 8000 sq ft facility, equipped with showers, lounge area, Refreshments, Free Wi-Fi, Snacks, Courtesy Coffee, 4 Workout areas, Child Watch room, Lockers, Water Fountain, etc. We can service the whole family under one roof.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? ECF was started from the dream of the Martial Art from Thailand, Muay Thai or Thai Boxing. And we have developed so many other classes that are based on the Thai Boxing, and it can either be used for Fitness, Conditioning and Self Defense.

What do you love most about your job? We love the transformation that happens on our clients lives, we see differences everyday.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Our clients leave with a smile on their faces every day! We are proud to help them achieve their physical, mental and life goals thru Martial Arts & Fitness classes that we offer here at ECF.
