C.A.Y.A Yoga School, Chicago

C.A.Y.A Yoga School is a virtual yoga school specializing in 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training. We provide an interactive experience to our virtual trainings with a high level of organization, detail and focus. We welcome students of all backgrounds, languages and levels of experience. C.A.Y.A works with some of the most skilled yoga teachers in the industry and is committed to making yoga trainings more accessible. C.A.Y.A Yoga School runs a program called, "WORKSHOP" that provides multiple yoga series that focus on different topics for an in-depth virtual experience. The selection of courses and the instructors rotate monthly to present students with a selection of topics from experts in the field. Each Workshop series includes four courses for a throughout a one month duration at a designated date and time. Each class is 60 minutes and will be conducted over a secure zoom classroom. If you are unable to attend the class live, the recording will be sent to your email for future viewing. C.A.Y.A Yoga School sees itself as a community supporting one another and learning together. We encourage support and peer interaction, and we aim to foster the connections built at C.A.Y.A well beyond the conclusion of our trainings and Workshops.
