The multi-disciplinary wellness center will specialize in naturopathy, acupuncture, massage therapy, herbal therapy, homeopathy, nutrition, spiritual healing, and skin care. The business will be owned and managed by Waugh’s Holistic Wellness Coaching LLC as a Limited Liability Company. The company will recruit complementary and alternative medicine practitioners to care for patients and create a viable and profitable clinic. The practitioners will focus on treating conditions of all ages while emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, and patient education. The practitioners will be the first point of contact for patients seeking healthcare by providing care for the whole body. ​
