After owner Junior Olivera's time in the U.S. Army ended, he decided to fulfill his dream of starting his own business by running the North Columbus location of Fit Body Boot Camp. The facility, which has been featured in places like Entrepreneur Magazine and NBC, is home to what is known as the Afterburn workouts. These workouts combine HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and active rest training in order to burn maximum fat and calories in 30 minutes. Certified personal trainers lead these workouts in group training sessions that are designed to be both fun and challenging.
