What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We strive to help the community while making a REASONABLE profit. We charge on average half of what the major chains do for the same service. Why? Because technology should be understandable and accessible to everyone. Cost should not be a factor in reliable technology!!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have a education in business management and have been around computers since the Amiga(Google it LOL) so it was only natural. I was torn however because I wanted to have a career that made a difference. Once I learned I can have a positive impact with my business the choice was easy!!

What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that I have the power to make a difference. I am living the American dream and feel privileged to do so. Also knowing that children around the world are learning on computers I sold sold right now, is a satisfaction that goes far beyond profits.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a customer that was having issues contact me. I help her through her issues and she sent me a wonderful email stating that I was her Hero! ( LOL) Little did she know I had just changed my companies name to Tech Heroes. It was a great conformation that were headed in the right direction.
