Fermented, distilled, and bottled on-site, Bartletts Distillery's rum and whiskey come in different tastes and sizes:

• Gold Rum: Boasting that well-rounded Caribbean flavor profile, this craft rum is a great standalone drink but also makes for a nice cocktail base.
• Single Malt Whiskey: Made from 100% malted barley, this spirit is still maturing in charred oak barrels and will be available in 2019.
• White Dog Whiskey: While waiting for the Single Malt Whiskey to age, customers can try its unaged equivalent at the distillery's tasting room.
• Silver Rum: Unique Texas Rum with floral notes similar to tequila, great in mixed drinks, especially margaritas.
