What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Running a successful business requires communication and great customer service. It is important for me to connect with my client by first introducing myself and having a consultation at the start of the appointment. A clear understanding of my clients wants and needs is key for client satisfaction.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have always had a strong passion for hair and beauty. I grew to love the art hair at a very young age as my mom was also a hair stylist. I took interest immediately after being surrounded by my mothers talents and love for the hair industry.

What do you love most about your job?
Waking up everyday knowing I get to make people feel beautiful and confident with voluminous, color enhanced, brilliant hair. It's amazing how a good hair day can really spark our day.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I love to see my clients so happy with their hair results when they leave my chair. When a client tells me "Thank you for making my hair shiny and beautiful", I feel as if I did my job well done.
