Born and raised in Hungary, Szilvia—the founder and owner of Half Moon Vinyasa Yoga Studio—is a certified yoga instructor with a passion for helping students of all ages discover not only the physical but the emotional and mental benefits of yoga. Szilvia has been practicing yoga most of her life, so she knows what it takes. During her professional career, she has helped many children and adults with common issues like ADHD, anxiety and low self-esteem. Each class, held in a non-competitive, friendly environment, helps build self-esteem and body awareness, as well as, it benefits the emotional development of children and adults.
