Folicure's developers approach hair restoration with an artist's precision instead of treating customers with the same unchanging template and sending the specs off to a factory. With each client, they map the original hairline, density, and characteristics such as cowlicks. Then they re-create them through a mold and base, fitting the customized hair system to the scalp with a medical adhesive. Working on the hairline by hand and blending new hair in with the sides and back, they construct a natural-looking head of hair that can be styled, slicked back, spiked, parted, washed, and combed.
