Master stylist Howard Baker used his 20 years of beauty industry experience to create JoiB'yon Salon Services, which caters to women's haircare routines. Baker's illustrious career includes a professional association with the Olympic Hair Salon during the '96 Atlanta games as well as teaching stints at styling seminars across the country. Along with his daughter Joi Baker, he couples his stylist services, including precision cuts and color, with personal concierge services and wardrobe consultation.
