The Edge Fitness and Performance, Deerfield Beach

After stints at Bally Total Fitness and Gold’s Gym, trainer John Nittolo founded his own exercise emporium, The Edge Fitness and Performance, almost a decade ago. With over 11 years of experience, including time as a professional athlete, Nittolo has created fitness programs that range from boot-camp classes held on the beach to workout sessions held at his appointment-only training studio and are tailored like a six-and-a-half-fingered glove to suit participants’ unique skill levels. Self-defense instruction is also available for both men and women, yoga classes will soon be available, and the staff complements workout courses with wellness and nutrition education.
