Life is too short to live your life without passion and purpose! Together we will discover what your true dreams and desires are and make them happen! I guide you through what is stopping or slowing you down from achieving the life you desire through behavior modification - rewiring your brain to get past your mental obstacles that affect your sense of love, safety, and belonging. I provide the support, stretch, and accountability you need to help you reach your goals through motivational interviewing, reframing old beliefs, practical hands on life exercises, and customized action steps that we create together that I will hold you accountable for.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I have a passion for nutrition, fitness, Spirituality, and helping others.

What do you love most about your job?

I love connecting with others and the freedom to work from home. All sessions are conducted over the phone, so I can work with anyone in the US or Canada.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

I've tried just about everything to lose weight and nothing worked until now, I can't believe I finally lost 50 pounds!
