Welcome to #BESTHOUR Kickboxing, a national award-winning fitness kickboxing studio with locations in Federal Way and Kent, WA. We are a non-combat studio, meaning we get you in fighter's shape without the fight! We've spent the past four developing our program in order to help people get in the BEST shape of their life.
