The Foundry, Flagstaff

The Foundry Flagstaff does not hesitate to have a bold mission. Passionate teachers teach every class — from various yoga modalities, through Pilates and Barre, all the way to HIIT — with one ambitious goal in mind: to help the students feel transformed physically, mentally, and spiritually.

To achieve that, every class follows a few basic steps; it's challenging, it uses heat, it focuses on each student and their personal needs, and it stays true to the studio's origins that lie in yoga. Thanks to this ambitious approach, The Foundry students have a chance to improve their flexibility and mobility, as well as work on their strength and endurance.
