Hot Yoga At Indigo, Fountain

Hot Yoga at Indigo was started by two friends—Salind and Rhiannon—who bonded together over the yoga mat, training to become instructors and supporting themselves and their community along the way. At their studio, they prioritize wellness and self healing with the help of a cooperative village of hot yoga practitioners, instructors, and massage specialists who train and better each other as well as themselves.
