Orange County's only dedicated Aerial Yoga studio! Yes- our classes are beginner friendly! Aerial Yoga can be easier than mat yoga because we use the hammock as a prop for ballance. We also go upside down in every class to decompress our spine and improve our posture. Open Aerial has classes, private lessons, events, and parties for many ages and abilities. Whether you have a bigger body, are older, or have an injury you are welcome here! :) We have beginner friendly Aerial Yoga classes in Huntington Beach 7 days a week and host retreats all over the world.
