Jazzercise Fresno Tower is a fun way to get your fitness in! Each week the sets are changed so the music is constantly being refreshed! New and easy to follow choreography is part of each class! This is your Happy Hour to dance, sing and get a great workout! Try it...I dare you!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
As I mentioned earlier, each week is a new set of music. Our instructors are not only cueing the moves and how to execute them for the most benefit to the customer, but also are encouraging each customer to push themselves!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I never found any fitness program I would stick with...the gym became boring working out on the same machines, DVDs that I bought had the same routines after 2 weeks I would toss them. I felt like I needed something else to inspire and motivate me!

What do you love most about your job?
It's not a job...it's our PASSION! Every instructor at the center is driven to help each and every client reach their fitness goals!
