The pit masters at J.D's Q and Brew know that not everyone can spend the day preparing fall-off-the-bone barbecue. But they can. Just look at their brisket, which spends 14 hours in the smoker before its ready to enjoy. Or J.D.'s pork, which is so tender that it can be hand pulled before filling up platters or nuzzling into a sandwich bun.
