Welcome to Avenger Athletics

Avenger Athletics is a Private Training Facility that specializes in strength training!

We make people stronger, which is the foundation to everything we do, in and out of the gym! Our gym provides expert training by certified coaches in individual or small group settings, scalable for all levels of fitness and all walks of life (individuals, spouses, families, athletes, and military/police/fire where being in optimal shape improves their lives so they can save others, and enables them to go home to their families at the end of their shift). 

This is what we do!

We focus on functional movement and form, and from there we add intensity & build strength. We have an obligation to work hard without the ego of competing with others. Our focus is to get better every day by training hard and building the foundation needed, which includes: general cardiovascular and muscular endurance, agility coordination, athletic ability, mobility, muscular strength, nutrition, and mental toughness. As we focus on strength, the stronger you become...the easier everything else is.

We actively compete in Powerlifting & Strongman, and we help athletes & adults become unstoppable in their daily life. This is what we do!
