Local Poke specializes in poke, a classical native Hawaiian dish, and adds a modern twist to it. Restaurant's aim is to provide healthy fast food options to satisfy an increasingly health-conscious society. Customers can choose between two types of bowls:

• Signature bowls such as local (with ahi tuna, masago, onions, macadamia nuts, house sauce, sesame oil, furikake, fried garlic, shichimi, unagi sauce, seaweed salad, and crab salad) or main (salmon, green onions, masago, avocado, double furikake, fried garlic, spicy mayo, sriracha, shichimi, seaweed salad, and crab salad), asugo, sunomono, white onions, poke sauce).
• Customized bowls:

  • Protein: ahi tuna, salmon, hamachi, tako, ebi
  • Sides: wakame, spicy tuna, crab, spicy crab, avocado, wonton chips,
  • Mix-ins: shitake mushrooms, corn, masago, onion, sunomono, edamame, jalapeno
  • Sauce: poki sauce, unagi, spicy poke, spicy mayo, volcano mayo, honey wasabi
