Get to know our Provider - Meredith Cronenwett, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC

Meredith has worked as a registered nurse at Tenet Healthcare and Cleveland Clinic. She found her calling in the field of aging working through your primary care and integrated health services as a Nurse Practitioner. Recently, she has served patients at concierge health offices and Day Medical Center serving Martin County.

Meredith attended Florida Atlantic University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors. She also received a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Gerontology. Meredith is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with ANCC. She’s currently pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing from the University of Florida.    

Meredith’s passion is helping patients thrive by guiding them through their health, beauty, and lifestyle goals. In Meredith’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her two children, husband, traveling, hot yoga, and dancing tango.
