Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
One of the advantages on the 1 on 1 training allows each client to have my full attention during sessions. By learning my clients and their needs I am able to tap into what works best with each person.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My desire to stay fit and healthy. Also provide clients with quality and affordable lifestyle changes.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my clients as they progress through their lifestyle change. The shear joy and excitement during their transformations as goals are reached and exceeded.
