Brian Maucere discovered the power of fitness in a pretty unique way: serving as a contract firefighter in Iraq. He became intimately acquainted with burpees, dead lifts, squats, and numerous other functional exercises at Camp Victory. During his experience, he recognized exercise's ability to transform entire lives. After 20 years of experience in the field, he and his wife Amanda set up a gym soon after returning home in January of 2011.
These days Brian, his wife, and their team of coaches guide exercisers through functional workouts that help clients develop a broad fitness foundation, boost their metabolism, and shape their bodies. They do this in large part by revolving each session around a rotating lineup of daily workouts that draw from the likes of gymnastics and cardio exercises to help sculpt physiques and improve overall health. In addition to helping students achieve physical gains with the "Workout of the Day", they also strive to boost mental toughness and provide nutritional guidance for a comprehensive transformation.
