The most popular is our Jambalaya it's a creole sauce with shrimp, sausage , onions, green pepper and celery laid over rice Also our fried gator tail and frog legs

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are dedicated to serving authentic Creole & Cajun seafood in a fun environment. We're from Louisiana, and our recipes come from the deepest traditional roots. After Hurricane Katrina we came to central Fl. To share our love of the food & traditions of the Louisiana people and culture.

What do you love most about your job?
We love to see our customers happy and take pictures of the food and watch them clean there plates off. We love the relationship we have with our customers, we consider any body that walk through the door family and we treat you like one our own
