Lisa has been a Massage Therapist since 2008, she considers Massage Therapy as her passion. Her location is in Downtown La Mesa, often known as “The Village”. The office building was originally a home several years ago and has the layout of an antique home. Lisa has assisted clients with chronic pain from stress or injuries, sciatica, headache and car accident related injuries. Her approach is to assess the body by palpitations, then massage with appropriate pressure to approach the muscles with a technique on which the client finds relief without harm.
